At Bumps to Babes we are always watching our prices
- If Bumps to Babes stores lower prices within seven days from the date of original purchase Bumps to Babes will match lowest price and offer a price adjustment upon request, proof of original purchase required.
- Claims are only valid when supported by customer's original till receipt within seven days of purchase.
- Customers have seven days from the date of purchase to request price adjustment if product is on sale at a registered retailer in Hong Kong at a lower price.
- Proof of lower price at an alternative Hong Kong retailer is required within seven day period - comparing store name and location must be provided for Bumps to Babes staff to verify.
- The lower priced item must be under the same brand, in the same size, with identical packaging and an identical barcode as the item compared.
- Excludes all on line purchases and price comparisons with other online retailers.
- Item must have been purchased at original price.
- Price adjustment is not applicable to clearance items.
- Price adjustment does not apply to 'Buy-one-Get-one-Free' or similar bulk buy promotions.
- Items bought with a promotional discount, coupon or Gift Voucher are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Bumps to Babes Limited reserves the right to validate all applications and request customers to provide evidence.
- Bumps to Babes Limited reserves the right to cancel the Price Watch / Price Adjustment offer or to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
- In the event of any dispute, Bumps to Babes Limited reserves the right of final decision.
- If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
Returns & Exchange
We want you to be delighted with your purchases but if for any reason you wish to return them simply bring the product to your local store in original packaging with your receipt within 30 days from date of purchase and we will exchange the product for goods of same value or higher or a credit note can be issued.
Online Returns & Exchange
Please note that product exchanges will be handled at local stores within 30 days of purchase. Conditions apply as listed below:
- Customer is required to present an original invoice at the counter.
- Products exchanged to be in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.
- Right product will be provided in case of wrong delivery, or customer can exchange in stores if preferred.
- We reserve the right to decline requests for exchange, in case the actual appearance & color of the product vary from the photos shown in website.
- Customer is liable to pay the delivery fee incurred due to an exchange or return of wrong size/fittings or wrong product purchased.
- Undergarments, swimwear, toiletries and promotional sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

NO CASH REFUND
A full refund or replacement for pushchairs only applies should the pushchair have a manufacture defect and if the pushchair has been returned within 30 days, and subject to manufacturers guidelines guarantees.

Online purchases Delivery & Assembly:
- We provide FREE DELIVERY service for purchases over the net value of HKD800 in Hong Kong.
- Products in stock will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
- Please refer to Delivery and Assembly section for other delivery and assembly charges.
- Orders will be delivered in between 10:00am to 5:00pm during the weekdays, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery scheduled time may change in case of exceptional circumstances that is beyond our control.
- Delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable once the products purchased are delivered.

We can often make orders for you of items carried by our suppliers but not stocked by us instore. These are subject to availability plus we require full payment in advance upon confirmation of the order. Please ask instore for more details.

- Whenever you place a BTB online order we’ll do our very best to deliver all the items you’ve ordered. Occasionally, when goods are out of stock or otherwise unavailable we’ll offer substitutes unless you’ve asked us not to. We choose substitutes very carefully and offer what we believe is the most appropriate alternative to the product you’ve ordered. Examples of this include a different pack size of the non-available item or a similar size of the closest equivalent branded item.
- If we offer substitutes we’ll make this clear by detailing them on your order confirmation and your delivery paperwork.
- You may exchange any unwanted substitute item instore within 30 days of order (with proof of purchase receipt for your online order).
